Our accommodations are available for rental all year round.

Our rates and minimum length of stay vary depending on the season:
- 2 nights minimum from November to March
- 4 nights minimum in April, May, September and October
- 7 nights minimum from June 1st to September 5th, with Saturday arrival in July and August
But we also know how to adapt! (contact us for any special requests)

- Arrival after 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m., early or late arrival possible
- Rental contract
- 25% deposit upon reservation
- Deposit: €1,000
- Tourist tax included: €0.77/night/adult, applicable only from June 10 to September 20 (by decision of the Oriente Community Council)
- Payment method: check, bank transfer, holiday voucher (ANCV) or cash
