The Catalina Residence is pleased to welcome you to its comfortable cottages and villas Villa Nina, Villa Dolinda, and Villa Zìa Maria, near Aléria on the eastern coast of Corsica, between the sea and the mountains. Ideally located, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes from all amenities (shops, restaurants, beaches) and the island's main roads, you can organize your stay between visiting Corsica's exceptional sites, a day at the beach, or relaxing by your pool or in your spa.

We offer 3 villas for rent, for 4 or 6 people. Each villa has independent access, a closed and secure parking (automatic gate) equipped with an electric charging station, and a private enclosed space, sheltered from view, for its heated swimming pool (indoor swimming pool for Villa Zia Maria) and its private spa (under a closed veranda for Villa Dolinda and Villa Zia Maria) and its equipped summer kitchen. The Residence also offers you a leisure and relaxation area: Fitness and Cardio-Training Sports Room, Billiards, Table Football, Pétanque court, as well as a reception area and a shop selling local products.
Our accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
