Each living room is equipped with reversible air conditioning and a connected TV.

The outdoor relaxation area consists of a 70 m² terrace, covered by a 14 m² pergola, a garden furniture set, a relaxation lounge and 4 sun loungers, by the heated swimming pool from April 15 to October 15 and secured by an alarm, a spa accessible all year round with its closed and heated bathroom in winter, a summer kitchen with gas plancha, gas burners and refrigerator. The enclosed parking lot, secured by an automatic gate, is equipped with an electric charging station (7 kW) and offers a beautiful parking space of 200 m².

Shared with a second villa, the Residence also offers a gym and relaxation room with fitness and cardio-training equipment, a billiards table and table football, as well as a reception area, a shop and a pétanque court.
