Villa Zìa Maria is a detached villa designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people. Set on a fully enclosed 450 m² plot and decorated in a retro-chic style, its interior features a 34 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, an 18 m² master suite with a high-quality 180x200 cm bed and an en-suite shower room/WC, a second 14 m² bedroom with two high-quality 90x200 cm beds that can be converted into a king-size bed (180 cm), a separate shower room/WC, and a laundry room. A comfortable 140x190 cm sofa bed in the living room accommodates two additional guests. Each living area is equipped with reversible air conditioning and a smart TV.

The 200 m² outdoor relaxation area features a 90 m² tiled terrace, 21 m² of which is covered by a pergola. It is furnished with garden furniture, a lounge area, and six sun loungers. The terrace overlooks a secure, heated indoor swimming pool (open from March to November), a spa accessible year-round behind its glass enclosure, and a separate, enclosed shower room (heated in winter). A summer kitchen with a gas griddle, gas hob, and refrigerator is also available. The enclosed and secure parking area, accessed via an automatic gate, includes a 7 kW electric vehicle charging station and offers ample parking space of 150 m².

In common with the other 2 villas, the Residence also offers a sports and relaxation room with fitness and cardio-training equipment, a billiards table and a foosball table, as well as a reception area, a shop and a pétanque court.
