The outdoor relaxation area consists of an 80 m² terrace, covered by a 21 m² pergola, a garden furniture set, a relaxation lounge and 6 sun loungers, by the swimming pool heated from April 15 to October 15 and secured by an alarm, a spa accessible all year round, under a closed veranda, with its adjoining bathroom and heated in winter, a summer kitchen with gas plancha, gas burners and refrigerator. The enclosed parking lot, secured by an automatic gate, is equipped with an electric charging station (7 kW) and offers a beautiful parking space of 300 m².
