VILLA ZIA MARIA
Our accommodations are available for rent all year round.
Our rates and minimum stay vary depending on the season:
- Minimum 2 nights from November to March
- Minimum 4 nights in April, May, September and October
- Minimum 7 nights from June 1st to September 5th, with arrival on Saturday in July and August
But we also know how to adapt! (Contact us for any specific requests)
Arrival after 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m., early or late arrival possible
- Rental agreement
- 25% deposit upon booking
- Deposit: €1,000
- Tourist tax included: €0.77/night/adult, applicable only from June 10 to September 20 (by decision of the Oriente Community Council)
- Payment methods: check, bank transfer, holiday vouchers (ANCV), credit card or cash
